As a lawyer and entrepreneur, you shoulder a lot of burden in our law practice, if not all of it. You’re the sales and marketing division of your law firm. You’re also the lawyer who provides excellent legal solutions for your clients. You are the administrative assistant who keeps things organized. You’re probably the bookkeeper, too! You work too hard, if you don’t mind my saying so. Take of your ‘Me soo busy’ badge.

You’re overwhelmed

You’re doing too much and I think you know that. You are overwhelmed. With so much going on, you might not be offering your legal clients the very best representation available. It’s time to delegate!

Before you say one of the three lies, let me tell you that…

No, you’re not the only person who can manage this project.

No, it won’t got faster if you do it yourself. You’ll just lose opportunity to do other things

Yes, you can afford it because the time you free up will be devoted to generating income.

About Password Managers…

Don’t give out your password directly to freelancers or other talents that you hire. It’s asking for trouble. Instead, use one of the password managers like LastPass or Dashlane (what I use) to give access and take it away when needed. Alternatively, you can add the talent as a user with limited access to your WordPress ‘Users’ button. You just need a valid email address and name for your freelancer.
